I had to play it at half speed, but somewhere inbetween twisting and putting it together you stop twisting and just fold it in thirds. Then it won't look right, but it is and you can wrap the band. Its weird but I worked.

There really is a UA-cam tutorial for everything! I have a college degree, but for the life of me I could not get that thing back in the bag. 🤬🤦 I was afraid I was going to break it before my guinea pig even got to use it! So helpful!!!
