Why is it "Smashball"? There is no "smashing" at all! The goal is to bounce, pop and tap the ball high and played the game slow.

Hi there, this is a great video and your rackets are great, i own a pair. I hope to help with this information. Smashball is the name of the wood rackets, not the game. I believe the name of the game with the smaller ball is called Matkot from Israel (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Matkot), which dates back before Frescobol was invented in Brazil, you can google for more info. Frescobol requires a higher level of swing precision, however matkot can be just as challenging. Thank you!
