I obtained my medical exam in November 2024 but doctor signed it on the very first day of our appointment- so September 2024 but due to issues with money, we will be able to send whole green card packet only in the end of this month -February 2025. If youre here illegally, you dont need a chinese shot. If you come as a student or on work visa...no shot. If you come as a tourist..no shot. If you come on k-1..no shot. It takes 3 months approx to clear judiciary...that takes us to September. That leaves us 4 months to clear house, senate, reconcile and then become a law... it's not gonna happen. At least in its current form. Maybe something piecemeal might pass.
