What kind of paper does this take
Hi! I used 65lb white cardstock for the boxes and watercolor paper for the inside layers. You could use 65lb cardstock for the layers too but I just like a little extra thickness so I use watercolor paper for the layers. The top box layers are glitter gold cardstock and so is the star.

I have cut out the 2nd part of the Nativity, and I use the recommended size 11.5 wide x 7.04 high and it seems too wide. Did I put the measurements in backwards?
Why watercolor paper? Can regular paper be used?
Regular cardstock will work! I like the watercolor paper because it is a little thicker.

I guess I'm showing my age, but I wish you would have used contrasting color paper to use under the project when gluing. These old eyes are straining. Stunning piecet!! Bought the svg. Going to give it a try.
