please dont put this animal into so much stress...if its fur is soo bad better give him medication so he sleeps deep and you do then cut and groom his hair that cannot wait due to the actual condition. Then later, after next visits, after you can slowly build a trust with grooming by making very small steps . By first just showing the machine...then after let him sniff the machine, later touching the machine on his fur etc, etc. by each visit. not all in once! Its wrong to do it this way in the video!

Wow! My mother was a groomer for over 35 years. She worked for someone else, did show dogs and over 20 of those years was her own business. I grew up working in her shop. There is so much wrong here from beginning to end that it just breaks my heart. He is absolutely not trained in how too treat a stressed dog and rudimentary grooming.

I put it in a decibel meter, it reached 100+ decibels (my decibel meter goes up to 105 decibels)
