Increase the quality of your video to 450 or 720p from the video setting. I think this will solve the problem.

No enough. Refer Target NPSC C.A, Discovery C.A and Indologus (UA-cam). Two or three sources will be good. However the most recommended one will be TARGET NPSC bc they give info about Nagaland as well. Newspaper takes a lot of time so better refer to readymade CA materials.
