what im getting from this is that: Steve created the 2 original techpop's then killed time which then he made techpop time, and then other accused moneybag for time's death?
you got most of it right! most of steve's stuff happened over years though moneybag was never accused! moneybag is just time's husband and father of patchy, moneybag didnt like steve (and a bit before time died, she didnt like steve either) time designed techpops and was a big help creating techpops in general, so steve kept it going after techpop 1! it's a cycle because older techpops were murdered/destroyed to create new ones. steve kept on making techpops to hopefully make the "perfect techpop" one day, which he THOUGHT was timepop, a techpop who believed she was time (bc of her code) timepop ended up being more of a replacemsent, and wasnt the perfect techpop, because cobs could never copy time!
