That's weird, LOL!!! There's always a logical reason why all headlights are tightly sealed. Drilling a hole may help but it won't solve the issue. It may dry up for a while but wait until it rains or have your car washed. Condensation will return and you will have to wait for it to dry again. Anyway, thanks for bringing up your "clever" idea. @anthonydilligaf823 It has grooves on it that connects to the lock assembly @5:05. Try to wiggle it a bit to loosen its "grip". You can apply some WD-40 to help loosen it as well. Hope this make sense. Thanks for watching. Best of luck!
