The handling is really good considering the weight and the fact that the distance between the wheels is longer than most of the bikes. But i must say that in town, at slow speed, there is a bit of a struggle especially if you're not used to it

@@L3dbFZ thank you mate. As far as i know the first check it's at 26k miles, i'm on 30k miles now and running as smooth as ever. Most of the people are saying that there is no need even at 50k but i guess depends on how it's ridden also.

No mods except the fact that i've replaced the gearing of the clutch with metal ones (see video). Otherwise is running nice and smooth

If you run 2s you should be good…if you run 3s at 100 percent axles will break,wheels will come off but that can be remedied with locktite at least for awhile before having to do it again,but on 3s at 100% you won’t even get through a full battery before something fails..if you don’t believe me go for it.I learned the hard way because before I got it I watched a bunch of reviews where nobody mentioned it,but there are some I found after things start breaking

@@nivin3 yeah even if you run the Granite on 3s at 70-75% you should be good I’ve done that I use a noble NB4 transmitter and receiver

Hey man, firstly thank you for the kind words, secondly i've had all the 3 boxes and my wife with me so basically we're fully loaded. I haven't had any issues whatsoever, the bike performed amazing smashing all the traffic in the french alps. Even with that much weight it is well planted and it's cornering ability it's basically the same, you just have to be more careful at very slow manouvres. Kawasaki doesn't recommend having a top box as well as the panniers but i couldn't be more happier of how it feels and also another thing to bare in mind it's the fact that the bolts holding the tail are short and not so strong and they sometimes snap, but again, no problems for me and i'm having this setup for the past 2 years already. @@MotoNinja247 m'am gandit ca o sa spui asta. Inelul acela care la prima vedere pare sa fie Abs (si eu am crezut la fel) vine standard si este de la controlul tractiunii plus vitezometru.

@@andreikawa69 deci mi-ai dat lumea peste cap :)) Vad ca e o treaba al Kawasaki sa masoare viteza pe inelul de abs (chiar si in absenta abs-ului). Eu daca scot siguranta de la ABS, nu imi mai merge vitezometru si nici nu mai inregistreaza nimic odometru.

@@Rockaliser hey man, well you have a Low Power mode if you feel a bit uncomfortable. 5 years it's a pretty solid experience so i would say go for it. Just bear in mind that the stock seat is pretty hard so that will need some attention

Hey man, first of all i really appreciate your comment, secondly i think the best advice that i can give you is to go and have a test ride, i think you'll be allright as you're not a lot taller than myself and being 275 pounds it's not gonna change anything in terms of comfort. Hayabusa is pretty hunched over for my taste but speaking about the busa you can also have a look at Kawasaki H2SX. Test riding them would be the best answer. Thanks

@@andreikawa69 frame sliders or a crash guard, radiator protector shroud. 12mm hex mount for phone mount via quad lock or similar. then slip on exhaust eventually like a leo vince or something who knows on that one yet havent decided. maybe heated grips down the line

@@MrWhoabuddy well, that's a very good question :)). The main reason is the fact that i'm touring a lot and it will be crazy loud and with the exhaust that i've got you can't put baffles. I hope it makes sense. But i've told to myself that on the next bike i'll get a full exhaust with removable baffles

@@andreikawa69 makes sense. ii've got an akrapovic exhaust without the baffle and cat delete. it's got a nice deep roar, but it isn't too loud compared to my other bikes. i still have the baffle in case my neighbors got upset, but no one seems to mind. i love the engine on these N1k's. im jealous of all your kawasaki green!

Aici in UK este o practica comuna de a face naveta inclusiv atunci cand da cativa fulgi de nea, respect pentru asta! Cred ca preventia este cel mai important lucru si rabdarea de altfel. Te salut!

@@andreikawa69 Te salut si eu! Absolut de acord. Da, cativa fulgi de nea nu sunt o problema daca esti bine imbracat. Insa, daca se face frig, incepi sa cam pierzi aderenta. Eu fac o naveta de aproximativ 10 km dus la care se adauga drumurile pe care le fac in oras (nu am doar munca de birou). Dimineata, daca sunt sunt sub 5 grade, aproape ca nu apuca sa mi se incalzeasca bine cauciucurile pana ajung. De exemplu, anul trecut m-am oprit cam in jurul lui 1 Decembrie. Asta nu inseamna ca nu am mai iesit cu motocicleta doar ca nu am mai folosit-o zilnic. Asfalt uscat si ... m-am abonat!😀
