Marble Survival over Fire: Moving Circles
I was working on implementing these moving layers of objects (wether be rotating or oscillating) and made this video
I was a little peeved that the second song started right before the video ended, but, oh well, it's not that big of a deal
18 Colors:
Red, Brown, Orange, Yellow, Olive, Lime, Green, Cyan, Teal, Navy, Blue, Lavender, Purple, Magenta, Pink, Maroon, Grey and White
Credits:
This was made by me using Godot 4.3
Sounds from spitfire's LABS were used for some background SFX
The font used was Karma by Indian Type Foundry
The following music was used:

After seeing my subs count getting closer and closer to a 100 I started planning on doing something to celebrate it, so I made this little video! These fireworks were my first time working with particles in godot, thankfully the official documentation was very helpful and I managed to achieve something nice 18 Colors:Red, Brown, Orange, Yellow, Olive, Lime, Green, Cyan, Teal, Navy, Blue, Lavend...
Escape the Labyrinth: Up and Down the Maze

Made another labyrinth, but with a different mechanism as this time the marbles progress the maze through gravity switching pads (and thus the hallways had to be wider so they wouldn't get stuck while passing eachother) 18 Colors: Red, Brown, Orange, Yellow, Olive, Lime, Green, Cyan, Teal, Navy, Blue, Lavender, Purple, Magenta, Pink, Maroon, Grey and White Credits: This was made by me using God...

Was working on a way to have objects be spawning while scrolling in a direction on top of getting them "queue_freed" from their parent node after a while... The way I did it was using the get_child_count to check how many objects I spawned and then with get_children(0) I eliminated the oldest of the bunch 18 Colors: Red, Brown, Orange, Yellow, Olive, Lime, Green, Cyan, Teal, Navy, Blue, Lavende...
This Marble Race was NOT made in Algodoo

This video took me soo long, I think over a month even, to make just because of how much stuff I needed to design and think and play around to make the course of the race feel cool and fast moving and... Well, long story short, I don't think I'll do courses like this in the near future, I'd rather focus my energy into more doable projects that are also fun and cool, but don't take as much time ...

I was trying out some shaders, they feel harder to code, but the payoff is really good... shaders are a powerful tool! 18 Colors: Red, Brown, Orange, Yellow, Olive, Lime, Green, Cyan, Teal, Navy, Blue, Lavender, Purple, Magenta, Pink, Maroon, Grey and White Credits: This was made by me using Godot 4.3 Sounds from spitfire's LABS were used for some background SFX The font used was Karma by India...

One day I just started doing some shapes and then the shapes grew into this sorta map... At least it was easy to manipulate the shapes into balancing out all the paths the marbles could take, some paths are still more common and well traveled in the end, but overall there wasn't any "super rare" pathway OH, and I've updated to godot 4.3 now 18 Colors: Red, Brown, Orange, Yellow, Olive, Lime, Gr...

Now THIS! This was a fun maze to make, but damn, balancing out this course to not be super hard nor easypeasy... was A LOT of work 18 Colors: Red, Brown, Orange, Yellow, Olive, Lime, Green, Cyan, Teal, Navy, Blue, Lavender, Purple, Magenta, Pink, Maroon, Grey and White Credits: This was made by me using Godot 4.2 Sounds from spitfire's LABS were used for some background SFX The font used was Ka...

After a lot of working behind the scenes I'm happy to finally publish a video with the stuff I've been working on! I remade the visual assets, added six more colored marbles, created a more complex tileset with 60 degree slopes, looked up a different font to use... And with all that i played around and did this, so fun! 18 Colors: Red, Brown, Orange, Yellow, Olive, Lime, Green, Cyan, Teal, Navy...
Coral Guma Channel Intro

As stated in the video, my channel is about physics simulations made by me using the Godot Engine. Most of what you see is basically all done by me and when I use third party assets I put them in the video's description like this: Credits: This was made by me using Godot 4.2 Sounds from spitfire's LABS were used for some background SFX

woah what a cool water effect I've found! if you're interested here's the link: godotshaders.com/shader/2d-water-distortion-effect-godot-4/ Also did you notice the scoreboard looking different eh? I've took time the past days to redraw my assets, making them much nicer, very soon I'm gonna update all my style, it's gonna be really cool! Stay tuned! 12 Colors: Red, Brown, Orange, Yellow, Green, ...
Zigzaging Course for Marble Race

Having fun making this types of courses, will do more of these in the future. Also I've decided to tweak a bit on the marble's physics and made them slightly less bouncy... This was something that was bothering me a little lately, there were many times when a marble hit a wall and came back with WAY more kinectic energy than intended. Still, I love them bouncy marbles, but too much is too much....
Marble Race with Wall Jumping Obstacle Course

This time I'm exploring camera movements and how to move the camera through out the course I'm building! I didn't understand tweens at first, but after getting the hang of it they became very useful for those type of movements Unfortunately there were a couple moments where only a couple or even just a single 1 marble was present, but it was relatively brief! I admit the course wasn't that well...
