I’m an African, A Nigerian and we re staging this play in my School 🏫 and I’m playing Jack Mr Earnest ❤❤
I’m playing Algernon in my school play :)
She has such a big nose lol
thank you so much, i loved the play and thanks to you i've been able to understand the book better. I was struggling with the vocabulary and it was boring to read something in old english but i started watching the act 1 and immediatly understood and liked it better. I clapped so much at the end i was so excited i saw that and reaaally loved it, thanks a lot. A french student.
he marries his cousin!!!
It's great but backs to the audience is such a big part it can make or break a show otherwise great job I can't wait to perform this myself!
Amazing!
Sorry, but imho, it works better in old fashioned costumes. Nice try, folks, anyway...😊. 🇬🇧📖🦉🤔😊💙🇬🇧
First time I've ever seen the story ❤
I'm intrigued by the way the mirror is used by the cast.
The high school is currently doing this play and damn are we doing good!
so INSANELY GOOD!!!!<3
the part where algernon sticks out his bottom lip and pouts when cecily talks about "poor mr. bunbury" had me in shambles
ALSO ANOTHER MENTION TO THE BUTLER!!!!! PLAYING TWO CHARACTERS THAT SIMILAR WHILE MAKING THEM UNIQUE IS A CHALLENGE!!! BRAVO!!
the butler did a really good job of the odd falling tone that butlers/serving staff have when they speak, like in the "MMyes sirrr." its like the sound goes ^^^--vvvv
one word....three letters ....WOW!

This book, at my young age at high school, was implemented in my soul .The book has a lasting impact on my journey to be more obsessed with English literature. The book almost in it’s entirety rest in my heart up to date .

Ernest jones that was vincents brother on face book
Very good for an amateur production. The fact that they haven't attempted ridiculous English accents but kept their own is to be commended.
Best acted amateur version I've seen on here.
Earnest (aka Jack aka John) ATE that last line.
A friend finally got me to find a version to watch, and it happened to be this one! 🎉
Great ending! This theatrical series really helped me get through my British Literature assignments!
A very good production!
The backs to the audience are so off putting for such an otherwise well done show-
I had a suspicion about this and solved the mystery of why ... this theatre actually has audience seating on two sides of the stage. (Google the theatre and look at the photos under "rentals".) Standing at the corner and speaking to the centre is a typical approach for thrust stages to ensure you are providing all sides half-way decent views.

Spectacular performances!
So cool to see world's collide here - with Jasmine AND Keith working together! Kudos you guys!
