You have helped me compartmentalize and have a confirmation of what I am experiencing at my workplace. I am the DC Manager of a Food Pantry, serving our communities. I know with all knowing God purposely placed me there to bring my spiritual gifts to the organization, where they were suffering. I have brought an increase in participation from community clients as I have positively changed the culture by uplifting the energy, being socially available, providing outstanding service, promoting a safe and dignified experience.
