As an officer in the Civil Air Patrol, I absolutely love when we get to work with other organizations and units. Technically Air Force JROTC and Civil Air Patrol are both a part of the US Air Force so it is not exactly interagency, but is still loads of fun and we get to share different aspects of our service. Working together allows us to learn from one another.

Look up Timothy Buss case. Similar situatiion. He was 13 and killed a 5 year old little girl. He stuffed his bloody clothes inside his mattress and the aunt found them due to the smell. They let him out and he killed another child.

My father was there when it happened he was part of florida task force 5 for jfrd..my dad said he could smell him and thats how we jfrd found him buried under all the rubble
