Why do you call this "faux" lasagne...looks like an authentic lasagne to me, the only thing "missing" is the layer of white cheese or a bechemal sauce. I personally hate bechemal I make a layer of ricotta and 1 egg and 1 cup of grated parm, I blend all that together and that is one layer...that is the only thing missing and honestly, I don't know why I always add that layer as I really don't like it, lol.

How are you doing? I thought you were going to be a doctor and not the subject. I’ve been housebound for 15 years. I just started going to Quiktrip three weeks ago. I don’t go in any other buildings unless there’s a doctor there just going to the doctor is a three day affair and it is exhausting. My husband died in 2020. He was my safe person. I am just doing this day by day thing. But I know a funny joke. How many mice does it take to screw in a lightbulb? ….two, that’s all that fits. I only have one joke but I hope you smiled.
