The leg curl & extension bolts onto the frame of your rack using two quick remove pins, it can be moved up and down the upright of your rack to achieve the perfect height for each exercise.
The adjustable seat has 3x positions - a slight decline, horizontal, and vertical - and is adjustable with the easy to use pop-pin system.
You can also adjust the height of the leg roller pad using the twist lock knobs on the front of the machine, so you can find the perfect position for the exercise you're doing. There are 4x different heights to choose from which allow you to find the optimum position, no matter the user's height.
Leg extensions are performed seated on the attachment. Leg curls can be performed by making the seat vertical, and using the seat as a rest to lean on and perform a standing leg curl.
