Didn’t she made a mess during the pandemic as a care minister she is transport minister now instead of being sacked and down the road this is the problem with conservative government the sooner they get skilled members the sooner they will start having any glimpse of a chance to return to power

Top man, even allowing for your club allegiances!! Great orator and an enjoyable watch mate. Always be a welcome at the CCS for you, however, it will always be accompanied with verbals from myself as you would expect!! Keep up the good work mate.

I am 53 years old, and my spastic quadriplegic cerebral palsy has worsened! My speech has become very slurred which forced me to utilize my ipad as an alternative augmentative communicator. My legs have weakened, so now I have to sit on the toilet hours on end between attendant shifts to avoid accidents.

Oral contraceptives can cause pulmonary embolisms especially in women who are sedentary. Can be very dangerous even fatal . Unfortunately I know from experience.

I’m not surprise when disabilities become adult every things are change more difficult and more stressful. I have one friend she is mild CP. Right now she has own vehicle but can’t drive due dizzy very often. This date of Louisiana don’t have fund transportation to doctor visit. She call them to cancel appt due can’t drive dizzy. I has to work and I can’t absentee often. I love to help you and them. I do date with them too make them happy. Men or women welcome smile.

Thank you for putting doing and putting this video on UA-cam I myself was born with mild CP and hemiplegia of the right side in my life I have faced many problems and fears through my life about my cerebral palsy and it’s so relieving to see that I’m not the only one who’s been through these struggles furthermore it’s so lovely to see there’s a community that talks about these struggles when I was younger my CP didn’t really bother me but in my adult years I’m the psychological side of my disability really tough but this video showed me I’m not alone so thank you for sharing and the work you have done to make this a natural topic to talk about

I want to get more info on this excellent resource as an adult with mixed type cerebral palsy (all 3 types) and want to get help with painful spastic heel cords and feet. I am going to a new podiatrist in about 1-2 weeks to ask about that surgery despite awaiting an organ transplant.

As an older woman who was born with both hydrocephalus and cp I have been telling my mom from the time that i was 18yrs old until even now to put me into one of those special " homes" for.older disabled children like my aunt & uncle ( on my dad's side of the family ) did for my cousins however she's always refused to listen to me ( even when i bring it up now ) and it's pissing me off

I have CP as well, and I was told the same things by doctors and my parents who are now both deceased. I wish I could show them how my life is changed. I’m now 52 years old are used to walk and move around at will almost but now I have to use a walker to prevent myself from falling, which is a constant threat and that my age a serious one

I have had some aging issues in the five or six years. My legs are not as strong as they used to be. My ability to walk without a cane is pretty much shot. I am 57 and it's getting harder to do many things. I have secondary medical issues like joint pain and carpel tunnel. It's a rough future for us older people with CP. There is very little information out there about CP in adults anyway and for over 50 year olds, it's embarrassing to find no information. I have found that it gets really rough in your late 50's.

Me too!! I have a 22 month old baby and I'm literally getting scared as I do research on how her life will look in adulthood. I'm going to put her in baby yoga as soon as I can get her walking. That in itself is a struggle since she's still not walking yet.

It depends on the severity of CP you can have mild moderate or extreme. I have moderate CP I walk with 2 canes the doctors told me I be in a wheelchair by 30 I am 40 and I am still walking with Canes and have stayed out of wheelchair. So doctors ect are not always right. They prepare you for the worst by telling you the most extreme out come. But it doesn't always workout that way. Not only that I also have a mainstream education/college education. So it effects everyone differently. So please don't let go of your hope.

I have spastic diplegia CP and I'm 26. I have çhronic pain and ive been experiencing heat exhaustion and increasing numbness and weakness. And its harder to get around the house I don't use mobility aids but I think a cane would help cuz I use walls and stuff for support and keeping me from falling

I'm glad that I'm not the only one out there who has cp and is struggling with various health issues. I'm 49 years old and I have noticed that as I have gotten older my muse spasms have gotten worse, my leg joints are constantly hurting me and I have been having alot of issues with my digestive system too. I'm having alot of trouble finding info about cp and older adults, it seems like once you hit adulthood you automatically drop off the face of the earth. Go figure
