    Is it fraud by the lender if you pay your homeowners insurance out of pocket meaning not through lender. And you have done so for 15 years. Then suddenly they decide to add approximately $200 per month to your loan? They claim the money is in escrow to go toward homeowners insurance even though we paid the homeowners insurance out of pocket?

    The nerve of these two frauds. They expose themselves…the younger one says, “as much fun as mortgage fraud was” 😂 Ok Karen! She knows the banks are the true borrowers to the living souls souls, who are the SOURCE! Without us, no bank could exist for it is a dead entity. The work she loves so much and finds so rewarding is the sheathing of the uninformed masses who unwittingly give up their rights to these obfuscating demons who live by “Let the fools be fooled” viewpoint. These two are the types that gate keep for the bankers and brokers and make sure the buyers get a good 30 year fixed ra*e position on the plantation… but they don’t stop there…they squeeze take what they can get and then sell the mortgage off for the next level of vampires to get their fill, and all without telling u. And they’ll go a step further and stalk your home like a hawk to pin YOU for some silly frivolous bs fraudulent claim so they can steal your house! These she-tools KNOW what’s going on, and what you will be able to do if you ever realize the truth. They are vultures. Play them harder and show them who’s the boss! If u don’t, they’ll be driving by 3 times a week, or walking their neighbors dog, or across the way with binoculars …

Rob touched quickly on people with a couple million to work with hard money lenders. How do we get our money working with hard money lenders to increase our networth? How much money do I have to have to be able to invest with hard money lenders?

    Hey, just wanted to first start off by saying PINNACLE CREDIT SPECIALIST is extraordinary with an exceptional amount of excellent results. Attempted to rebuild my credit based on poor decisions made a few years ago. Most frustrating part of this all is that USAA is my primary issue, very annoying considering that they’re designed to support active duty and I’ve found them to be incredibly unresponsive. Jan 2023 began missing payments on a USAA career starter loan with a balance of $4753. Long story short, I was supposed to be on autopay for this loan and somehow it was removed (USAA app is miserable in my opinion). I asked repeatedly for them to reinstate my autopay on the phone and even got to the point where I asked them to record my conversations so that I could prove that I had authorized autopay but ultimately the responsibility is on the person, not the company. May 2023 my loan was charged off and closed, reporting the balance. It was never sent to collections based on my CRs. Foolishly, I attempted to dispute the account with TransUnion based on active-duty circumstances, and my TU score dropped from 685 (Vantage score 3.0) to 615 because the dispute “reopened” my closed account. I’ve asked USAA to report accurately, but after a month of phone calls and even attempted to pay in full, no change in status. Until I met this credit repair specialist known as PINNACLE CREDIT SPECIALIST, they’ve the best hackers out there. Helped me fix my credit with just a little payment I made and I’m a lot happier now because my scores moved from 600s to 800s across board thanks to PINNACLE CREDIT SPECIALIST. Mention to their team that you read a good review of an expert job done for Ryan.

    I used to have a problem with my credit. I had a bad credit score, and I couldn’t do so many things. I was afraid to try any credit repair company because there are so many scammers too. But my friend Joe introduced me to PINNACLE CREDIT SPECIALIST, and they helped me raise my credit score big time. I really love the services. They’re easy to talk to and super legit. I hope this will help those who need credit repair assistance. Don’t fail to let them know I referred you. Cheers!

      Actually you can. It’s a 2nd lien, You can’t do it on a purchase . Rules are that you can only have one equity at a time. So if you already. Did a cash out on your 1st lien, you cannot get a heloc behind it. If you have more specific questions lmk! I’ve been lending in Texas for 29 years!

    • @LoanWithJen

      Hi! Depends on the adjustment and rates at the time. It could go up, go down, or be the same. It will adjust to the index plus a margin. There are many indexes. The most common is the 1 year treasury index. Which right now is 5.02. Then margin added. For example. Of the margin is 2.25 ( common) your new rate is 5.02+2.25

    It's so interesting to me how people can get approved to rent a place, by paying almost the same amount of money as what the mortgage would be. But for a lot of people it's almost impossible for them to get approved for a home loan of any amount even in the low one hundred thousands. Yea I get it, it's a loan that the bank is giving you towards a property, but as times change a lot of lenders are making it almost impossible to get approved if you're not making 10 plus grand each month. No matter if it's one or more people applying for the loan. It seems to be more so about your monthly income now compared to how much debt you owe on other things. A person can be debt-free and still not get approved because they don't make thousands upon thousands of dollars every month.

    • @LoanWithJen
      @LoanWithJen 18 днів тому

      Hi , thanks for watching and taking the time to comment. As a general rule, your house payment can be 43% of your gross monthly income . I know….. it does make no sense that if you can prove that you’ve been paying rent of 1500 for years and years, why wouldn’t you be able to also get a mortgage for that amount. The lenders make sure that you made the debt to income. Mari show requirement because I don’t want to set you up for failure. I’m not being able to pay the obligated amount for 30 years that you are obligated to the note. Good luck to you!

    I have a home equity loan on my homestead that was taken out a couple years ago. Am I able to purchase a new home as a primary residence with out anything affecting that previous home equity loan on my first home. I recently went to my local credit union with who I got my loan from, and was told if I purchased a new primary home I would have to refinance my home equity loan with the commercial real estate department since it wouldn’t be my homestead anymore. Is this true?

    • @LoanWithJen
      @LoanWithJen 28 днів тому

      Hi Ashley! Firstly I assume you live in Texas. Interesting that they would say that as I’ve never run across this. I’ve financed many purchases for people that had home equity loans on the homes that they’re leaving behind to rent or do something else with. I think what you’re running into is the credit union has their own set of rules which are certainly entitled to do. You definitely need a second opinion and I’m happy to look at it for you. It pays to shop around & compare . One thing I want to point out is you don’t want to be under insured or over insured. Way back in 1974 when the super out break of. Tornados on April (3) of that yr some where under insured especially those in Xenia Ohio I don’t live far from there . Xenia was really destroyed by F 5 . Also be careful about filling too many clams. Having a home security system is a plus . & be sure to ask about discounts if you insure vehicle ,s with the same company they should give you a discount.

      Assuming you’re in Texas, a 2nd lien HELOC cannot be taken out if you already have a home equity loan 1st. The first can be refinanced to a ‘ non’ equity loan. Then freeing you up to have your heloc. Hope this makes sense. I’m in Tx, if u need help reach out www.loanwithjen.com/contact

    I closed on my house recently. Haven't even paid my first payment. I was promised by the lender that I can refinance the first time for free. This was heavily stated during the closing process. Will this still be the case with the new Mortage Lender?

      Thx for watching and for the question. It’s common loans are transferred to big services at some point. They want you to come back to them to refi. I’m sure they will honor it. That’s the same thing I offer my clients. I would rather that I refinance them down the line then whichever lender they’re with. To make sure they’re taken care of in the right way. And then LOAN will probably get sold again even after the refinance. That’s how the system works, unfortunately. Loans pop around. I would check what they sent you in writing because it’s probably that their lender fees will be free but not things like government recordings or title insurance. So just wanted to clarify not sure what they gave you in writing.

    I have proof of central keystone federal credit union Sunbury Pa of committing fraud! It’s Kris Kauffman the banker and his best friend Thomas Bartos commiting fraud.

      You definitely need to report this, every state has mortgage fraud reporting. As each state licenses it’s mortgage lenders. In fact, those two guys have what’s called an NMLS number which is a national registry.
