BY A MIRACLE I MANAGED TO SOLVE IT! Hello! I'm a guitarist from Brazil; I had this same problem last week with my Fractal AX8, exactly as shown in the video. - Turn off the equipment. - I disconnected all the cables from the Fractal AX8, keeping only the power cable. - I turned the equipment back on by pressing FOOT 1 continuously. When doing this procedure, the equipment turned on and I immediately reset it to factory defaults. EXPLANATION: In my case, I believe that this failure occurred due to the preset being corrupted (I don't know how this happened), preventing the Fractal AX8 from being able to load it into memory when turned on. Somehow, when I pressed FOOT 1, something was forced when loading the preset, so that I was able to operate the equipment's knobs and buttons. I hope this helps you!
