This was really great to listen to… I’m a new believer, and I came from a religious background where we sacrificed animals for our ancestors, we had Shamans who performed rituals to speak to the dead, and much more. As a Christian, I experience a lot of discernment now. I’ve been wondering if I’m wrong for celebrating Halloween, even though all we do is take our kids trick or treating. We don’t participate in any of the other evil things you pointed out. This gave me the assurance I needed to hear. I honestly thought I would be condemned in this video, but it was very much opposite of that. Thank you for sharing this message by using scripture to back it up.

They are Definitely Baptist. The Churches have 2 Ordinances Belivers Baptism for Membership and the Memorial View of Communion. Was founded by Swedish Baptist immigrants Gustaf Palmquist and Fredrik Nielson and Anders Wiberg. Was originally called Swedish Baptist General Conference, then Baptist General Conference in 1945, the Converge Worldwide in 2008, and Finally Converge in 2015. Converge has a Baptist Confession of Faith and is a member of Baptist World Alliance

The guest you had on was a little squishy on Converge. I attend a Converge Church in Lansing Illinois. Converge is a ReBrand of The Baptist General Conference. They are a Member of Baptist World Alliance and NAE.The Seminary is Bethel University in Minnesota. Most famous member is John Piper. They changed the name from Baptist General Conference to appeal to the mass population and Protect Missionaries over seas. My Church is called Cornerstone. But on Legal Paperwork its First Baptist Church of Lansing.

Absolutely yes. Fatigue is what I am feeling. I am scared of what I expose myself and children to although know that I need community and support. I feel that every decision I make is being judged by the world. Even though I try to respond to conditons the way God wants me to it seems like I am on and up and down rollercoaster of looking pleasing to both God and the world. That is the most fatiguing to me because I serve God not the world. Now there is this pressure of following all this worldly guidelines regardless of your faith. One thing the world will not be able to do is take my faith and Jesus. They can keep me in my home but they will not take my worship away . I will worship and I will keep on loving.

Love this message Pastor. Glad to hear we as a church are working to make sure we are making an impact by in and out of the church. The focus of course is searching and reaching out to those in darkness.

Good to hear this truth spoken. I think we forget that America is also part of the worldly kingdom.
