Get some quad drums so you can be almost as good as the corps that have them. You are mediocre and old without them. And your routines are the same and boring.

As a youngster in high school, I was in the band, both marching and concert, as a trumpet player. While serving in the USAF, I joined the Drum & Bugle Corps at both Lackland AFB and Sheppard AFB. I have been to many Drum & Bugle Corp competitions as a spectator. I have seen some of the best in the US perform. These guys are at another level. Their performances may not be fast and full of gimmicks like a lot of corps, but their precision and choreography in every move are at the top of any drum and flag line out there today. All of these youngsters should be extremely proud of how well they perform and hopefully, they will continue on as a group for many years to come.
