@@tonkali They have responded and they sent me a video outline, which I requested, of how to reassemble the brake mechanism, but it still plays up and gets stuck in locked position. It's not a great design to be frank. It should have been a simple external push down brake on the wheels.

@@blueferrari397 Thank you for responding. For this kind of pricing it's important to know if the manufacturer stands behind their product. I do love ibiyaya product, but it seems the braking system needs a review/update.

Hi, this is for dogs who are less than 12kg. It's a large backpack for medium sized dog :)

​@@ibiyayapetproduct1577 If a medium sized dog weighs less than 12kg, it's a very, very thin dog. I think the bag needs to be able to carry at least 20+kg for it to be suitable for "Medium" sized dogs.

@@dskang78Medium sized dogs start from 10+ kgs since it allows up to 12, theres a few that fit in that range.

@kiwiwyi3654 Ues, there are a very select "few" medium sized dogs that weight under 12kg, even when they're healthy. Nevertheless, it's at the very edge of the bell curve and calling this backpack suitable for medium sized dogs is somewhat misleading. For the backpack to be suitable for the "average, medium sized dogs", one would reasonably expect it to support 20kg, which is what the dog in the video clip looked to be around.

I purchased the one their demonstrating here for my 87# pitbull 3-year old. I got this one after one very similar to this stroller, made by same company, began to bow in the middle and the back tire frame was bending making it very difficult to roll smoothly. And obviously would worsen and eventually fail to work properly. I do believe this may have been my fault for not putting enough air in the back tires upon initially putting it together. The first stroller I bought before this one had two very large tires in the back and one smaller swivel tire in front. My boy is quite dense. He was really liking the other stroller a lot, before it began to become unusable. So I’m now giving this one a try next…
