    From MN. Medical Patient and learn much from your UA-cam videos! Wish I could get hard copy of the 'slides' that you have available. It's easier to retain info for some of us when we have 'hard copy'. I wish I could listen to the entire video here, but it's difficult to hear all the info talked about because of the VOLUME on the video. Might sound 'picky', but I'm hard of hearing but my neighbors aren't. It's difficult to change the volume up and down, I miss too much. Keep up the great work. The information travels farther than Florida!

    To actually benefit from some of the tertiary components of the plant, such as the terpenes, whats the optimal way to consume it? Will gummies still contain all of the other components, or strictly what they list ie: cbg 6.3mg cbn 3.2mg etc.?

      Each product purchased at a Florida licensed dispensary has a Certificate of Analysis (COA) available upon request. This record is produced for each batch of cannabis product, to document the findings of a third-party lab test to ensure accurate content and quality control. The COA will list the cannabinoid content and percentages, the terpenes contained in the product, and various safety measures such as a test for mold.

    Get out and vote 🗳‼️ My Christian friend said he will be voting against amendment 3 because he hate the smell. Currently his 4 yr old daughter have seizures and is taking big pharma pills. When it stops working he will be so sorry. I’m not pressing the issue because he is set in his ways and said he much prefer take someone else’s right to use to protect his rights to not smell. 😢 the things we do to keep friends.

    This fraudulent noise. Terpenes are in everything. Smell an orange, thatxs terpenes. Fart, that's terpenes. The entourage effect does not include terpenes but instead is the combination of cannibinoids. The simple reality is, you can remove terpenes just as easily as you can add them. This is ANOTHER case of causation vs correlation. These charlatans want us to believe that terpenes cause something. Truth is, terpenes are simply an indicator of potential or potency. She's lying about extracting terpenes. Just get a centrifuge and the tubes with filter in it. Any of us can do it. It's specifically how they make THC Diamonds. If terpenes are as important as they claim, then it doesnt matter what you grow. If we can separate terpenes, and we can, we can add them as well. You can create your "medicine" as you see fit. Why don't they do it? Because it aint real. As I mentioned, you can find terpenes anywhere. If it really works, just mix and match. You don't need marijuana. The human body already produces its own cannbinoids. Just go get some terp spray and go be healthy if you believe this nonsense 😂

    The Marijuana corporations spent over $60 million to pass this amendment which they crafted and put on the ballot. We citizens cannot grow our own cannabis on our land or in our homes. That is the reason behind the fear selling of fentanyl laced Cannabis. Big weed controls our politicians and freedom. Big business and big government work together to control all of our lives . They steal our freedom and sell it back to us. Vote no on amendment 3.

    • @MarijuanaAware
      @MarijuanaAware 22 дні тому

      Hello, in the video around 07:50, Marc and Amy begin to discuss the potential impact of Amendment 3 on hemp/CBD businesses. The limits or impact will be unknown unless the amendment 3 gets passed. As Amy mentions, the hemp/CBD businesses will have to follow the same rules and regulations that current dispensaries abide by, which might mean that CBD/Hemp can no longer be sold at smoke shops or other "head shops"

    • @Elguaposkate
      @Elguaposkate 18 днів тому

      It depends. Hemp is protected under the federal farm bill. They can’t restrict it to dispensary’s. It would be contrary to federal law and would not stand up in court. If federal law changes in favor of such restrictions, then yes but as of now federal law does not.

      It is a single ballot issue. You can’t write multiple issues into the ballet. It will get rejected. This is better than having nothing. The same thing happened in Ohio where people decided not to vote for it because it would be considered an oligopoly. Thus, they got what they voted for nothing. The law can be changed again. Nothing in the initiative says only these three companies can sell it. That is bs.

    This amendment was written by corporations FOR corporations. Every other state with recreational use also allows for the “grow your own” legal statute. They DO NOT want you to grow your own. THEY want your money - period

    • @Elguaposkate
      @Elguaposkate 18 днів тому

      Right. This is a capitalist system not a communism. I know some leaders prefer communism on this particular subject.The same legislatures that set up the vertical business model for medical are now claiming it is evil capitalism when they are the ones that set it up to begin with. The recreational would follow the same vertical model with few companies. They do it like that because they want to limit it but in reality it is the opposite of a competitive market.

Rick Scott and his wife own businesses that grow Marijuana and the only people that are allowed to grow Marijuana are the businesses not you. Further more they are not legalizing anything. It's all for big business. Please read up on amendment 3 before you vote. They are using the love for Marijuana to pass a bill that does not legalize using Marijuana! Medical marijuana or recreational is a complete facade. As long as it remains as pre-employment screening it is oppression. What logical reasoning is there, to any rights, to smoke weed, if it is held against you, under employment opportunities? I am a proud and happy 58 year young burnout. This burnout, always had to deny, good opportunities, in life, because of my preferred "smoking habit". It isn't like smoking was not aloud in the workplace. At many places today, smoking is allowed in the work place. Unfortunately for me that is cigarettes, which is not a pre employment factor, for the opportunity. Make marijuana exempt from pre employment screening and you are actually doing something, something good and beneficial.

    • @MarijuanaAware
      @MarijuanaAware 2 місяці тому

      Hello, According to Marc, "If the lab is a reliabe source - then the COA probably is “good.” The individual can check if the lab is real and their rating.The biggest COA scam is using an out of date COA. If the COA does not show the Terpenes as well as cannabinoids, there is a good chance it is either fake or not done up to standards. Most COA’s you see in a hemp shop do not have a terpene profile" Hope this helps!

      @@MarijuanaAware if one vendor is copying the legit coa of another company doing 10min of photoshop, and i have seen that, because they were too lazy to fake everything necessary, which boils down to eiter company a or b faked it. If i emailed both coa s and escalated it with more time i might got a result. But most often you only have one coa, and not prove of fraud. Then each lab should provide a validation service, dont u think?

      Hello, Terpenes are naturally occurring chemical compounds found in plants and some animals. They’re responsible for the aromas, flavors, and even colors associated with various types of vegetation. In terms of cannabis, terpenes are what make certain strains smell or taste different from others.

      @@TandZAptLife Hello! You can ask them for a "Certificate of Analysis" otherwise known as a "COA" this will be able to give you a lot of information on the strain, including the terpene makeup of the product.

    Peanut Butter is ABSOLUTELY NOT the perfect veichle for cannabinoids or terpenes. Raw Milk is. Butter is. Bone Broth is. Not Peanut Butter. Peanut Butter is so full of so many toxins and irritants. It does not take two hours for edibles to work if it is taken with lots of fat like Raw Dairy in a coconut oil base. And Candy is NOT medicine. So consuming cannabis infused candy as medicine is not a good thing.

    Saying that terpenes are the reason why Cannabis provides relief is simply not true.

    I'm thinking about becoming a psychologist so I can work on cannabis therapies. I saw a doctor recently who was reluctant to prescribe me THC for PTSD given that I had a year long psychosis 20 years ago. So I continue with self medicating. I eat a hemp leaves and flowers, I prefer the lower THC for my mental health but the THC is still a very important part of the medication.
