altho i do love the experimentation and the raw, imperfect, emotional energy that they have live (which a lot of people seem to hate and just see it as them "spazzing out" and that they should just perform songs like in the album version.), this is probably the most well executed live performance of a mars volta song by the band.

Only seen them once and left me thirsting for more. It was on their 10th anniversary tour of CTS and they opened for Coheed & Cambria and I was on cloud fucking 9 the entire time. CTS came out my senior year of high school and instantly became one of my favorite albums of all time, and I still firmly believe that it's one of the greatest albums ever made.

Great seein Henri. When these guys announced this tour, I completely lost my sh-t. Got to see them 5 times. They did a lot. So many crowd pleasers and then some. They were incredible. Still are. Love their unique solo projects too.
