How to prep dry skin for flawless foundation
Was curious if you’ve checked out the Innisfree daily uv defense sunscreen spf 36 yet. Been thinking on trying it out.
Hello 🧡 I haven’t tried it yet but I did get a sample size so I can make a video first impressions if you like.
What’s the price?
someone didn’t want my video~ but its $38 lol very pricey. if u wanna try it get the trader joe’s sunscreen first it’s like $9
Where can I get the butterfly hair clip?
i got mine from claire’s
you remind me of yuna
yuna?

UV Filters: Ethylhexyl Triazone (UVB, UVA2), Terephthalylidene Dicamphor Sulfonic Acid (UVA2, UVA1), Diethylamino Hydroxybenzoyl Hexyl Benzoate, Polysilicone-15 (UVB, UVA2), Bis-Ethylhexyloxyphenol Methoxyphenyl Triazine (UVB, UVA2, UVA2)
Did it burn your eye?
nope.
After applying it turns blue for a second and then it absorbs. Is it normal?
I think you should consult with your dermatologist
it shouldn’t turn blue…
Thanks for the review babes! I’m sold
Hope you love it 💜
Fortified cereals and vegetable oil… terrible recommendations
I don't like this 🫠
same. i haven’t rebought it. too drying.
Is it good for oily skin?
totally. it’s so lightweight it hardly feels like anything is even on
May I ask how you managed your rosacea? I recently have been diagnosed and I’m still trying to educate myself around it. Your skin looks gorgeous! So I would like to know any tips that you have to manage rosacea :)
Hello! Great question. I actually keep it kinda simple. I just use sunscreen everyday and keep my skin moisturized. I also use this azelaic acid that has been prescribed from my doctor but I don’t see much of a difference with this compared to consistent sunscreen usage
@@geegee508 hi! Thank you so much for your response!! I’m mainly struggling with flushing, thanks for the tip, your skin is looking amazing :) I will definitely prioritise sun protection a lot more now
flushing is kinda inevitable especially because many of the causes are things I don’t really want to avoid like exercise and spicy food. I heard amazing results with laser therapy specifically for rosacea. I haven’t tried that yet but if I ever do get it done I’ll definitely film it
I bought sun bum like an idiot
It’s ok. I’ve bought the wrong thing more times than I wanna admit lol but luckily supergoop have sales on their website many times throughout the year so just keep an eye out for that!
does it peel under makeup?
not at all. and i’m a sunscreen slatherer
@@geegee508 yay thank u so much!! and i know!! i saw your numbuzin sunscreen review before buying it and you said it peeled but i didn’t listen cause of all the amazing reviews…lets just say i learned my lesson😔
Aww. Well sunscreen is never a bad investment per say. I was also confused as to why no one else was mentioning the pilling on this sunscreen. Perhaps it’s cuz others probably rub in their sunscreen more diligently than me. I’m usually in a rush haha. At least you know for next time!
Is it good for sensitive skin?
definitely
Is it 100 percent mineral or hybrid
hybrid
UV Filters: Terephthalylidene Dicamphor Sulfonic Acid (UVA2, UVA1), Ethylhexyl Triazone (UVB, UVA2), Polysilicone-15 (UVB, UVA2), Diethylamino Hydroxybenzoyl Hexyl Benzoate (UVA2, UVA1), Bis-Ethylhexyloxyphenol Methoxyphenyl Triazine (UVB, UVA2, UVA1)
Omg you're so pretty Aaaa
💕
Can i use in oily skin
ya
Yeah! This sunscreen make my skin looks too oily
Ist water resistant!
i believe it is not water resistant
@@geegee508 thank you
Thanks for the heads up girl ❤❤❤❤
Please, recommended other good mineral sunscreens😊
oh girl u should see my post. My favorite sunscreen of all time is on sale! The supergoop matte screen is 50% TODAY at ULTA! I highly recommend this sunscreen for light to medium skin tones. It applies so well. I do have a review on it if you wanna see how it looks on but I really do recommend it.
Is it physical sunscreen?
chemical
Try oxiclean powder its a LOOTTT easier!!
Is it good for combination skin in summer
it should work just fine but if you are gonna be active I’d recommend using a water resistant sunscreen.
At the same time, most of them make you look oily.. i‘m confused (:
i can try to explain. yes generally if you have a moisturizing product it will show up oily or at least satin. this product leans more towards satin meaning it still has shine but not super reflective and thick like oil. the moisturizing factors doesn’t always equal to how shiny it is. finish can range depending on how many humectant ingredients are in it. this product in particular has more moisturizing factors rather than humectant ingredients causing it to be more dry skin friendly but still have a less dewy/oily appearance. hopefully this makes sense 🩵
thank you for the honest review!
Too small I would like one but big
Yo, what's your Insta?
Is it suitable for witer only?
suitable for all year round :)
Love these elf spf glosses!
I love the ending 😂😂
You didnt even like one?? What's your favorite method of application then? I really like the convenience of the sticks but I haven't found one that doesnt feel gross either
I don’t like the way they feel and they’re typically more expensive than cream/liquid type sunscreens. I typically use cream/liquid sunscreens for reapplication and I just apply with my hands or a puff.
UV Filters: Butyloctyl Salicylate (UVB, UVA2); Diethylamino Hydroxybenzoyl Hexyl Benzoate (UVA2, UVA1); Ethylhexyl Triazone (UVB, UVA2); Polysilicone-15 (UVB, UVA2); Bis-Ethylhexyloxyphenol Methoxyphenyl Triazine (UVB, UVA2, UVA1); Titanium Dioxide (UVB, UVA2)
Did it break you out? How’d you end up liking it in the long run?
it didn’t break me out. i made this video after using it for around 3 months. so far my opinions are the same. i think it’s overpriced and I prefer other mineral sunscreens.
Does it leav a white cast?
nope
Does it work on oily skin?
It it good for combination acne prone skin? And most of the sunscreen makes my face oily or greesy, is it give a matte look?
It does give a matte finish, I have acne prone skin and use it just fine- for me it doesn’t make my face oily or greasy.
Mam is it water resistant sunscream and is it good for oily acne prone skin?
Hello 🤎 This isn’t water resistant. It has more of a natural finish (not dewy) so I believe it’ll be good for oily skin but I can’t say for acne prone skin because I don’t have acne prone skin. It’s a wonderful sunscreen but since everyone’s skin is different when it comes to sensitivity it’s hard to say. Also since sunscreen does require applying multiple layers throughout the day cleansing is a very important step to properly wash off all that stuff of our faces and help with breakouts.
Can you do a review on the goodal mineral one? I’m trying to see which of these two to buy for my sensitive acne prone combo skin
Sure thing. I can add it to the list. But I do wanna let you know that it takes a while for me to review things because I like to take my time and take good notes.
I don't know why everybody likes this sunscreen. It burned my eyes and made my face very red and gave me acne for life. I'm trying to find another one for my skin 😅🙌
Same happened with me . Literally gave this sunscreen to my cousin
What people need to understand: everyone’s skin is different regardless of skin type as well as having different skin needs. Just because it works for others doesn’t mean it will work for you and vice versa. And just because it didn’t work doesn’t mean the product is bad. It’s either one of two things: the ingredients you react to or the formulation… why you should always patch test.
You’re probably just sensitive or react to Niacinamide which is high up on the ingredient list which is a common ingredient many react to my self included.

I have extremely sensitive skin like you (but oily), and blue lizard sensitive face is pretty much the only sunscreen I have found that 100% doesn't cause any problems for me. The price is good too, but ya unfortunately it does feel a little heavy. I recenly tried supergoop matte and it seems like my face is tolerating it, the texture is a dream but it is expensive. I saw your other videos about BOJ, Kokua and Kinship, do you use them on your face? Have you tried the Isdin sunscreen?
Hello 🩵 I also find the supergoop a bit out of my budget for everyday wear but all my reviews are based on how it feels on both my face and body. I normally will say if I do experience irritation since I have a zero tolerance policy when it comes to that. I haven’t tried Isdin but I have heard of it. I find Isdin a bit pricey as well. And yes Kokua and BOJ are saviors for me. I just used up my last Kinship bottle and while it works for me my doctor did recommend me to stick to spf 50 sunscreen (even if it’s only a 1% coverage difference) due to the fact that rosacea makes one particularly sensitive to sun damage and wearing hats helps a lot too in the summer. I highly recommend BOJ, Torriden and Kokua these are actually my fave rn besides Supergoop.
@@geegee508 Thank you so much for your detailed reply! You are awesome. I took the advices from your videos and bought the BOJ online, plus the new BOJ aqua fresh one, can't wait to try them. I went to the mall today and to my surprise... there is an Asian makeup store and they carry Torriden and the Centella hyalucica, so ya now I have a bunch of new sunscreens. Oh, and I got the Trader Joe's face and body sunscreen for my body after your review. I do still want a good reef-friendly sunscreen when I go to the beach. I know you recommended kokua, can I ask why you like it better comparing to thrive (if you have tried it) and blue lizard?
Ohhh I saw the new BOJ aqua fresh sunscreen and it looks promising! Nice that you have a convenient store nearby wish I had that lol. I have tried the Thrive sunscreen and although I like it, it’s a bit too dry for me since I do have more dry and dehydrated skin. Kokua in my opinion is better formulated for dry skin and has a significantly less white cast than Thrive. I personally like Kokua more but I really do like Thrive sunscreens cuz they smell so good!
UV Filters: Octisalate (UVB, UVA2), Homosalate (UVB, UVA2), Bis-Ethylhexyloxyphenol Methoxyphenyl Triazine (UVB, UVA2, UVA1), Methylene Bis-Benzotriazolyl Tetramethylbutylphenol (UVB, UVA2, UVA1), Polysilicone-15 (UVB, UVA2), Diethylamino Hydroxybenzoyl Hexyl Benzoate (UVA2, UVA1)
Is it good for oily skin?
yes
@@geegee508 so expensive can't afford 🤧🤧
i’d recommend skin1004 they have the hyalu-cica water fit sunscreen in double the amount of the isntree one (100mL) and it’s around $18. Most of my friends with oily skin love it. hope this helps 💚
Is it fungal acne safe?
Absolutely
