Try using aluminum soda n beer cans after flattening them.
I have tried with the soda can, but don’t feel that I can get as much depth in the relief. Craft aluminum works much better!

This is my very first attempt to even learn how to do repousse. WOW, this video is GREAT, really, and really interested me. Michelle East has a nice voice and great teaching speed!!!!
