My thoughts too, though the video is mixed in with picture of the other woman to confuse the viewer to think it's about the other woman. I think it's a very daring video considering how conservative Korean society is.
This is just my opinion: the song and the voice is so passionate and emotional...but the video is so cool and detached, doesn't seem to fit each other. The video is done very well though, with the lighting and the speical effects..I really like this song...gets to my heart.

The wine glass scene is just the wine pouring through into nothing and then a butterfly (catharsis) or change. When he puts on the make-up you can clearly see he is the same woman but rips it off because he can never be a complete woman.
