2:22 that’s actually an old (at least inspired by) Chrysler V8 Air Raid Siren built around the mid to late 1950s, has a 5.4 liter V8 making 180 horsepower. The way it works is that when the siren is needed, the engine starts up and revs up to speed, then when it’s finished getting up to operating speed, a lever is pulled to trigger the transmission; sending power from the motor to the siren. It’s basically a normal air raid siren, but the electric motor is replaced with an Internal Combustion engine and a hydraulic transmission. Holds the record for the loudest air raid siren ever built (at least in the United States) achieving 138 dB. Though there doesn’t seem to be any records of the Chrysler Air Raid Siren being installed in any part of Wisconsin unlike seen in the video.

You forgot the broken wall at the entry of the above ground parking lot,which if you go into the alley with little paintings,and launch your car from there,it let's you jump over the broken wall and onto the other side,where the fence is broken to let cars through :)
