Catching a boat load of spawning crappie in the Lilly pads on various tube jigs with scent, end up with 25 (limit) most we're on the small side. I caught some good ones though, like the one around 3:15. This is age-restricted for language

Caught a mix bag of hybrid stripers and largemouth on a spook topwater plug, great fight in strong current, they get keyed-in on shad so you have to put some shad scent for more bites

They should be around both of those piers the water is nice and high, I usually fish the south shore in my boat as is
Lake jessup up?
No this is a small private lake but they are biting in Jesup as well, I caught 10 Friday and 15 Sat. Everyone was getting them its busy at the ramp. The water is so high they've moved inshore already.

What other lakes are good for crappie in seminole/orange/Lake county? I am a bass guy but I want to get into some crappie fishing
Lake Monroe is a hot spot, the St. Johns is full of em most places.....Ive heard lake Underhull under 408 bridge has them...All lake county lakes are probably good. There are not as many near the banks right now they head deep in the summertime. Fish deep holes and deep structures when its warm.
Dave C thanks. I just subscribed. I'm in Seminole county and I have a kayak with a depth finder. Thinking about going this weekend. I will check out one of those lakes and let you know how it goes!
