True to its name, this definitely is a secret beach! It involves a few kilometers of offroad drive, and is accessible only by 2-wheelers. There's not a reliable google maps route, but once the road on maps ends, you follow the direction of the sea, and find a little lane amongst all the fallen leaves to reach this beautiful view point. There are stairs to get down to the beach, and for the most part, you can make it your private beach! There are a couple of places on this offroad drive, on the stony path with sharp turns, just be careful and don't fall like us!!

For the country like Philippines, which gives on arrival/visa free entry to almost 150 countries, us Indians has to go to the embassy to apply for tourist visa. Or you can get visa on arrival for 14 days if you have multi-entry Singapore visa, and we chose the latter. We had booked our return flight after 20 days, and were all ready to book cheapest onward ticket if we were not given the entry at Cebu immigration. Thankfully, they did allow us in, and also allowed us to go get it extended for 7 more days by visiting their office in city. Even though it was easy, we did get some taste of bureaucracy, and spent a night being on edge as we kinda had only half a day in the city, and then rest of the plan was to roam to remote places. We did it though, and ultimately, it was cheaper and easier than getting Phillipines visa via their own embassy!
