@valeriemartin9427 thank you! For my trees I use 20 gauge benecreat aluminum wire. That wire will not tarnish or rust at all! You can get it on amazon for about $15 for 770 feet!

Very good video. Audio is a little off and makes understanding you hard. Also, when you are separating the branches it would help if you said how many wire are in each branch. Bunches covers a wide area.
Thank you! Yeah I'm learning how to speak up :) And I will add that to my next video. I don't really count how many wire in each branch usually. I just go by feel. But that's not always the case so I'll add it! Thanks for the feedback!
What gauge do you use to make your own ring
When I'm making my own ring I use 12 gauge wire. And then I twist it using a drill! It makes it much smoother

What gauge wire for leaves
I am using 20 gauge wire :)
I'm getting anxious watching the cat being so close to anything that can harm it. I'm a crafter, jewelry maker and do textile art. My cats are strictly off limits around my work areas.
Ha ha! Nooooo...he likes to try to chew on wire though but that's a habit he's breaking
lol. My cat always lie in the doorway looking at me work... she has experiences of being stepped on, poked and other minor accidents whenever she got too close! LOL

I buy my wire on amazon. It's all benecreat. For this tree is A LOT of wire :) like maybe half a spool for the tree and another half for the leaves

Have a good mate who is a knife maker, he suffers big time with the progressing arthritis. The cold weather in winter doesn't help, nor age, nor eyes hahaha getting old is a bastard but a privilege many don't have i guess. Hi Merlin 🥰 Thanks again 👍
I have bad arthritis as well but honestly doing my artwork helps me channel the pain and forget for a while :)

I hope I am answering corre tly as I had trouble translating. The wire gauge must be the same on the tree and the leaves for them to attach properly or they will fall off

It's called a pin vice. I initially got one as an extra in something I ordered but I love them and got more!
