Thus your mind is easily distracted. Practice acceptance and patience. The message not the package resonates to the listener.

I have been practicing Kadampa for some time. I’m from north of England. I have just discovered your channel and love your videos. Maybe on one of my trips to the US I could visit your centre and take part in a meditation.
I won’t listen to this meditation with the loud ad they interject. To bad it was one of my favorites.

This is a good teaching . Detachment is healthy .
Is any one getting ads on this meditation ? You Tube should be made aware this meditation is meant to be undisturbed. I got ads a few times .
Dear You Tube . This is a meditation that requires practice and concentration and continuous attention to the practice. Therefore people who are practicing this meditation do not need to be taken away from it with a ad in the middle of it. Please do not put a ad here anymore. Thank you.

We have to work at being at peace . How true. How very true.
My feeling of loneliness doesn't come from the fact that no one knows what it's like. It comes from the fact that I have no one in my life to be a friend or who I can hang out with. I'm not close to anyone in my family for various reasons. And I don't have friends due to the fact that I can't trust people because of how finicky they are. So how do you overcome loneliness in this way?
Well, weather you want it or not I can be your friend . Not all people are negative . Reach out into the unknown , and maybe your loneliness will end . It's up to you . The offer is there .
I'm asperger. And reading your comment, maybe (or maybe not) it's also your case. This can put more complication. But although the difficulties, her words help me to feel the difference between a "lonely" (that's an emotion) person and an "alone" (that's a state) person trying to help others.

My meditation is playing piano
I practice meditation while sleeping
I achieved Buddha hood around 8 years ago with kadampa meditation but I lost it again it’s funny how as soon as we think we have something we lose it , by realising it’s already gone each moment with it is more precious, kind of like when one finds his lost marbles. ❤️
