Map genie is what used to complete the milk molars so it should be good, only wrong thing in there is one of the milk molar is on top of the robot in the brawny boy bin instead of in its fans

It's like 5X harder to kill boss in NG+ though you can just dupe them with super-duper, and you get a lot of science in NG+

All of them give access to loot rooms when killed, make sure to [SPOILERS] infect red ant queen and black in NG+1 and fire in NG+2 and feed them moldy hoagies for some recipes
