Yes recently my green tetra do this..but now a yellow tetra same problem but his belly have some scratch so...

Basically tetra has a very unique body structure where most of the food stores in lower part unlikely the gold fish where its cylinder shape, hence when the bloat comes it will reverse the body. Fortunately I have the solution, but it needs to be monitored keenly.

Bro, how much big is your bowl?, First of all tetra lives in group so should not fight ideally, there could be some major reasons in your case : 1. Your bowl is not large enough to accommodate two tetras. 2. Not providing enough food for both of them. 3. Fishes are in Stress because of their environment say water quality, temperatures and PH.

Hi Tanisha Ji, It will be ok to keep the fish empty stomach. Secondly, adding salt should be ok.

Use rock salt instead of common salt

Common salt will kill yr fish. U need rock salt which doesn't have iodine in it And feeding boiled peas is best for swim bladder disease.
