It is the 2nd way to say Palestine. It is pronounced Palestein. In Arabic it is pronounced Falasteen. we actually do not even have the P noise in the Arabic alphabet. It was the original Phillistines of the land, the indigenous people, the colonizers chose Palestine.

What I get out of this is the bike is like a “relationship” and she wants it with him where she says “I want to ride my bike with you fully undressed no training wheels left for you” she’s ready to take the bike (relationship) into a more serious ride (taking the training wheels off) but he’s not wanting to commit to her, as you can see she’s helping him learn how to ride the bike (learning how to commit to her)eventually he learns and at the end where he disappears and her eyes are big her eyes are finally opened and she sees she built him for another woman

About the "every Palestinian holds a key" - a key is a common symbol of the Palestinian desire to return after having been driven from their land because in the Nakbah people often fled their land because of the fear of violence, while fully expecting to go back once things calmed down. So they took their house keys with them. Since they havent been able to return for the last 75 years many families still have those keys (to houses that likely dont even exist anymore) as a symbol of how they didnt leave permanently or willingly.
