Food for your soul is an eclectic channel devoted to sharing scripture, looking at current events from a biblical world view , advice on healthy living from over 35 years in medicine and good ole farm living and ways to enjoy a wholesome lifestyle.
We will look at how to eliminate processed foods, the science behind ways of eating including intermittent fasting , a ketogenic diet and using foods to overcome chronic disease.
In addition we will look at the benefits of natural sunlight, living the country life and tips on farm living from composting, to growing food and flowers to working with horses and more.
