I like the way you handle wood
Yes look like you lost your nuts
The way the wedge is cut causes it to touch only one side of the handle. On the other side the wedge fits only on its highest and widest flag. Why didn't you cut the wedge into an "L" shape so it would press and fit equally on both sides of the handle cut?
I have never had an issue but I will try it thank you for the info.

@@thelost4076 Due to intense contraction of the wood the handle has shrunk and the metal wobbles dangerously. Thank you.
