Hi what time to take ghee ...as u told 45 days we have to take ghee suppose if we get periods on 22nd day of ghee consuming and 5-6days cant take ghee ?? And if so after 6th day of period if i continue i have to restart again or it'll be my 22 or 23rd day of ghee? And if i stop taking ghee on periods, shukd my husband also stop taking and restart with me again or he can continue taking till his 45 days or he should continue wid me till my i continue 45days
