The dose is i the description love. I use Elderberry daily during flu season or when I or another family member starts to feel sick. Turmeric i use daily.

First of all i have oily skin lol but i use Paulas choice hydrating cleanser, cosrx toner, peptide and HA by the ordinary, Niacinimide by the ordinary, cerave moisturizer, spf 50 Skincare by Dr. V - AM. Same cleanser, toner, peptides and HA/ niacinimide, retin-a (prescription), same moisturizer -PM. I also use paulas choice BHA 1x a week. 😘😘

@@herminiamontemayor6299 my experience is based on my life so its 100% accurate. We put up videos to give hope to others because we have found something (or at least i did) that worked. At this point I havent had a single symptoms in 14 months as of today October 13 2024. I eat High protein, 99% whole foods only, i lift weights (lift heavy) and do cardio 5 days a week. I took baby steps to get here but now im here. No pain, no flares, NOTHING !

@@jonasdeichmann1189 for the instant pot chicken it was frozen. The other recipes it was partially frozen. If you're making bigger meals like I did I highly recommend thawing them first only because you can fit more food/veggies in the bag and its easier to mix. But frozen works...

They are candies without any processed sugar aka "no sugar added." Only natural sugar. Processed sugar is what causes inflammation but I should have labeled the title no sugar added. Lol

@@henkidzboiz8053 my doctors personally have never suggested pain meds. My Rheumatologist told me straight up it doesnt work and causes more issues because of side effects. He is right, today i stand pain free. That video is coming soon too !
