This mattress is TERRIBLE! I just got it because of this review and when I rolled over and didn't stop! It was perpetual motion and literally FELL OFF! My friend without telling her - Same thing, she rolled and kept rolling.

I have the queen Intex 15". Folks mine leaks all the time. I have to air it up every night to sleep on it. This Mickey Mouse outfit (INTEX) told me yesterday ( 03/11/2024 ) over the phone, For Intex to warranty this I have to CUT a 6" by 6" piece of fabric anywhere on this bed and take pics of this ignorant task and then I have to WAIT 7 to 10 Business Days for them to send me a new Mattress. Yes!... I was told that yesterday by a customer representative. so however long it takes, I have to do without a bed. And That's the only option I have to fix their DEFECTIVE PRODUCT! Is or where is the WARRANTY? I will be filing complaints with BBB.

Zinus customer support and their warranty are both a joke. I have a one of their mattresses and have been trying for over over 6 months to get warranty service from them. Since you can't see the indentations they don't want to cover it. My mattress has areas where it's less firm and other areas that are firm so it creates bumps that put pressure on parts of my body. I have 9 herniated discs in my back and it hurts when one of those bumps presses on certain areas of my body, so I have to constantly move around during the night trying to find a place where the bumps don't hurt me. After retiring from the Air Force the least I want to have at night is a peaceful sleep. What else can we do to get Zinus to honor their warranty?

I always had a full size sleep sofa to use for guests. I got rid of the sleep sofa purchasing a leather sofa without a bed. Although, I don't have company in my small apartment since my mother died in 2013, I am now considering purchasing the full size King Foil Air Mattress just in case I have guests, or I can sleep on it in the living room watching the 65 inch Samsung OLED 4K Smart Television. As I stated, my apartment is small and I was going to purchase a twin size, but I decided to go with a full size for the comfortability. Thanks for this review. I am going to order the Full Size King Koil Air Mattress before the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays.

I have one and I’m taking it camping with me and I’m not sure if electricity is going to be available. Will this air mattress except a battery operated air pump? Thanks in advance. I’m leaving in a week.

How small can the frame get ?

It's rock hard and has fiberglass in it. Also only 3 inch are memory foam.

I bought two 15 inch twin models and within a couple of weeks they both would not hold air,absolute junk. I am done with all and I MEAN ALL INTEX PRODUCTS.

According to many online mattress, companies, like purple Casper, etc. you need to have a foundation with wooden slats that are no further than 4 inches apart so I would go with the wooden if it were me. In fact I am going with the wooden it’s about $200 cheaper than the mattress company that I purchased a mattress from’s frame.

Would have been ideal if someone made a video of them close to the bed for comparison
