Let's be honest, this channel is just an excuse to show off my game collection and to try random games that I feel like playing.

The Genesis in its earlier days was both at a high and low point.
I don't know ablut the novel at the front, but I always thought this was a Fist of the North Star game.
It is, it's just not called that in North America due to licensing issues.
Hokuto no ken/Fist of north star vibes. 👍
It is Hokuto no Ken game. It just has a different tittle for western release. And I guess story was also re-written.
Nice mate 😅
Emulation is definitely off with this one. There are sound effects for everything in this one...
One of the best Capcom games on the Genesis. This was back when you had to MEMORIZE what happens. Nothing is telegraphed like today with beginning tutorials and hand-holding. Back in the day, Super Mario Bros. was HARD. I mean everyone died at the first part where the first goomba appears because they didn't know what to do and this happened at every new scene as we progressed through the game. Just because you suck, doesn't mean the game sucks.
All new!
N64 version?
Yes
It was way better on the PlayStation
I had both versions. This wasn't necessarily bad. Just not as good as the other one
This game was a piece of crap I remember having this
Big pull at the end stopping a brutal dry streak there!
this was in my recommended, you have a cool voice. keep making videos.
Thanks! This may be the first time anybody has said that I have a cool voice!
I loved this game 😆 the music gets me so pumped!!!
tough luck
Always happens
10連やった方が良いのでは?

Pack 1 L Pack 2 W
Omg these are so cool! I have to find where to buy them 🥲
1:47:51 I remember that move utterly wrecking me back in my youth xD
I keep reaching out to Sega/Atlus wanting them to remake these games.
I was surprised to see the not enough memory message at the beginning- you are using real hardware for N64? I thought you were playing these on the PolyMega? Or the PolyMega uses a shared save file, which seems crazy to me?
Playing on an UltraHDMI modded N64 with an Everdrive. I try to keep it as authentic as possible
@@andytriesgames Nice. Even though I use emulators a lot I try to keep it as authentic as possible, so I use Mupen64 with the AngryLion software renderer to output the original resolution.
I always really liked this game, despite its incredibly short length. The sense of speed is impressive, and when you get used to the controls it can he fun going for record lap times.
You brought a punch to a kick fight
Just makes me think of the JPN cabinet we had with the warning not to use outside of Japan
I liked the movie. Was a bit more on the action side then I would've liked haha. Tetris DS was awesome!
Have you ever played any of the Hot Shots Golf / Minna No Golf / Everybody’s Golf games on PlayStation consoles? They are really fun and very similar to the Mario Golf games.
It's a series I've been wanting to dig into. Which release would you say is the best one to try?
@@andytriesgames I think I like 3 and 4 the best, but that’s probably because I’m a PS2 fanboy. They all play about the same, even the PS4 game uses basically the same control scheme as the first game, which takes a little getting used to for the camera controls.
@@thetechn1que518 It's been a bit since I last bought a PS2 game. Might have to give those a try!
@@andytriesgames Not sure how much they go for but most PS2 games are still under $30 USD. I switched to mostly emulation after buying a mini PC a couple of months ago, PCSX2 runs most everything great. If you want to compare, my PS2 streams up until Spy Hunter 2 are real hardware, and Spy Hunter: Nowhere to Run and beyond are emulation. Only example I have of an emulation glitch is in R-Type Final, stage 5 background with the warping effect.
the kill option was 秒殺 which means instant defeat! the reason it translated as second kill is because the first character means seconds (unit of time) and the last character does in fact mean kill. so basically its "kill in seconds" = instant defeat :]
You are chill, I subbed. Also plaise wiggly graphics 🙏
Also how do you only have 127 subs with over 400 videos??
I've made a career out of flying under the radar
@@andytriesgames oh so you fly like stealth jets n shit for a living? Sick dude
I hope you don't ruin my childhood favorite franchise
And you did
I apologize for nothing
The third person camera is kind of an afterthought on these older Ridge Racer games, they play way better in first person.
Oh I remember begging my mother for a Playstation christmas 98 (this game was also a big reason). I was burned out on the N64 and back then all the "cool" games came out on PS.
Did you end up getting the PlayStation?
@@andytriesgames Yes, for my birthday in 99. After that I got the PS2 in 2002.
Psygnosis, aka Sony Studio Liverpool, has been closed in 2012/13, I don't remember. The most recent game, if you can even call it that, was/is a Mobile Card Battler.
That's a sad way to go out
@@andytriesgames Truly is. Instead of a bang, they went with a whimper.
Use the air brakes to assist turning
Game is broken. Cancel the series
I always hated that game because the perspective makes it very hard to tell how far away something is and if it will hit you or miss you. I always felt that there were situations where I should have survived but was killed, and vice versa.
BANANA SLAMA
This was great. Something refreshing about you giving a solid Congo Bongo to a game of the same name. It makes you wonder how far anyone's ever gotten in this specific version.
Hi Andy, I noticed you mostly do N64, and Sega 8 and 16-bit. Are these the consoles you grew up with or just favorites right now?
I want to try every N64 game that's been released so I do my best to do those every other week. Other systems are just kind of random/currently hooked up because I'm lazy haha
This game today is cheaper in a box than it was back in the day, haha. I remember in 1999 this was in the budget bin for 30 guilders (predecessor of the euro), and I thought it was a great find! Now this game is 10 euros (so 20 guilders converted).
Easy to see why this one didn't retain its value 😬
Yomiuri Giants would be right, but there’s actually two teams that play in Tokyo. The Giants and Swallows.
