Have you looked into what Marlin do? We have Fridges/ Freezers and plenty more. As the builder of your camper, we make it to suite you. The starting point is only 80% of the journey. The standard package you see in this video is the start. About 20% of my customers want a fridge. The rest don't want it so it's an option.

The new 2025 tents are starting to come through for the Escape which have the added side access zippers, and Yes you can isolate the 2nd tank

Set up and pack video is now on the youtube channel

The current set up for the Awning is 5 minutes. I haven't come across a better system for a frame that can withstand gail force winds, Torrential rain and still be set up so quickly. How long is it taking you to set up your marlin Awning?

@@beeflorn no need, I'm familiar with their design. Their ceiling poles are attached by velcro to the wall of the camper. I didn't like this personally as I felt the poles got in the way when I open and close my tents. so, I went with a simple hook on the pole and eyelet on the tent. With 3 poles this is a few seconds to connect. I also like to do a lot of 1 night set ups while travelling where I don't use the Awning, I like having the poles out of the way for these nights. Not to say the Trackabout design isn't good, just a difference of opinion. I do like the Rawconn connections that my customers have added to their frames. If the Awning is taking more than 5-10 minutes then I recommend for anyone to give me a call for some help.

Your camper 12 on a new trailer is a very different product to a current day Marlin between $10-$15 k The current Marlin includes Tailgate kitchen Lithium battery pack with internal and external 12 volt outlets. LED tent lights. 60 litre water tank with hot water shower. Front mounted toolbox, and pole carrier. Current model camper 12 tent with 32 upgraded components including tent canvas compared to 2011 model. Brand new light truck tyres on new steel rims. Marine carpeted trailer for added protection. Spare wheel cover for added protection. At Marlin Campers we also build box trailers and sell our tents separately. For a brand new tent on a 6x4 trailer the price is $7500. Including annex walls and floor.

Not anymore. The insulation I add to the roof drops the inside temp by 10 degrees. It's like an air-conditioned room inside on a hot summer's day.

There is a queen size bed over the trailer, and then 2.1m x 2.8m area to the side for sleeping. If you want more you can add a third sleeping room they sets up next to the drawbar side of the camper which is 2.1m x 2.1m

Hi Greg. The camper is 12ft long so with a bit poking out the back and over the drawbar you will be fine. I travel with 2 kayaks about 25 kg each and put a bit of foam between them and the tent to stop any marks.

Ouch Mike. That’s a really awful thing to say. Ive put 15 years of my life into this camper. I don’t expect it to be for everyone, but to say it’s a piece of shit really hurts. I have a team of 4 people I employ to build my campers, we work with other Australian Manufacturers to try and keep some jobs in Aus, and I think we give the major Chinese factories like Mars a run for their money. Next time you feel the need to comment, please keep in mind that there are people behind products that work hard, and sacrifice a lot to present a product they are proud of.

@@marlincampers9731 I apologise - my language was harsher than I meant it to be. I just meant that the features that you get with comparable trailers of the same price are more. However, as Tony below said, there would be a lot of hidden quality features that don't show up on first glance.
