      Yes, Search and Rescue. It was heart breaking but uplifting. To be so strong in the face that she would never see her husband this side of heaven.

    I can't tell if you are wearing eyewear, but that is very important. For lye burns on the skin, flush with water, vinegar is fine for everything else. Stainless steel is perfect for mixing your lye. Stainless is good for all phases of making soap. Becareful with glass. Some glass can't take the heat and will shatter. I recommend always using either stainless steel, or #5 plastic. Pour your lye water down the shaft of your stick blender to reduce splash and introducing bubbles. You will find that the essential oils fade very quickly in your cured soap. The one ounce of EO is probably closer to what you would use, as long as your EO are skin safe. Some are not. I am a professional soapmaker for 5 years. Your recipe is very close to what I make. It makes a very hard, bar with creamy lather that really feels great on the skin. Very conditioning. Nice choice! Great job!

    What do you think of the idea that your panel frame is on hinges that can be raised or lowered with a pulley? That way you can easily adjust the angle to accommodate seasonal changes in the sun.

  • @doughouseworth234
    @doughouseworth234 2 роки тому

      The solar panels will go between 30° and 90°. Definitely improves solar production.

      The ground is still soft, thankfully. I'm going to have fun tenting it over with a heater so it can set up.

    Nicely done Michael. Appropriate scripture and thoughtful comments! Recently, I decided to reread the New Testament, one chapter at a time. I got as far as Matthew Chapter 5, The Sermon On The Mount, and here is where the buck stops. Theological debates on Pre-trib, Mid-trib, or post-trib raptures, and other doctrinal rabbit holes, such as once saved always saved, or deep divisions on the meaning of the Trinity, are divisive distractions from the teachings of Christ. Our relationship with one another and with Christ, is our commission . All that other stuff, just keeps people out of church.
