nice! My brother just started in Kenpo, I myself am a 2nd Dan in Shaolin Kempo. There seems to be a lot of unnecessary follow up after the first or second strike. One or two strikes to the opponent should be enough to end it. Don't get me wrong, we also have follow up strikes, but not that many. Of course, you will never do a complete technique in a real-world situation. Either way, I have studied Kenpo and use kenpo techniques and my Kempo ones. love both art forms. Thanks for the upload.

So many people disparage Kenpo by arguing that we spend too much time on complicated techniques or the techniques have too many strikes etc. When I explain Mr. Parker’s vocabulary of motion, I can see the light bulb turn on in their heads.

You know, I've literally been a practitioner of Kenpo karate for 25 years... and I have in a diligent rabbit hole spelunker when it comes to martial arts videos online. I am not even a quarter of the way through this video I am realizing how gifted and imaginative sifu planas is as a practitioner and a teacher. What a gem.

Really love this technique! Succinct instruction as well. Kinda blew my mind holding on to the wrist and wedging yourself behind the shoulder. Just a world of exploration available there. Great stuff.
