I be a little sarcastic. I don't think even one of the buildings where they put it on will live more than 25-30 years. So the only thing remaining after the house collapsed will be the roof.

Hes correct rain chains are horrible they splash everywhere and constantly clog at the top. We had to unclog ours 4 -8 times a year vs a regular gutter we unclog maybe once every 4 years living in a pine forest
