Thanks for the video. My 454 just started making the ticking noise by the left side valve cover. If it's the lifter just like you explained is it as simple as torqueing it to spec? Been starting it in cold Temps and don't know if this caused it. Big blocks are a pain in the butt.

That was a quick fix for my 2016 RAm 1500 Right Tail light bulb one tap and it was working again (Thanks for the quick fix) But that tells me that the bulb may be loose or wireing faulty someware...After a further Deep dive into the issue, surfacing was conjecture that it may be a negative ground wire at fault so now if you hit a bump or something and it happens again you should check your lights wiring harness to the bulb that goes out and see if any issues surface. It could end up that you may have to replace the harness or the whole taillight. As far as I can see the bulb is working but may be a short somewhere

Old video but mine got to almost /4 way up after timing cover gasket change when i was trying to burp system but mine gets right to half way mark before thermostat opens then backs off a hair under halfway

So I have a 2008 Ram I replaced my thermostat a couple months ago before I replaced it I noticed the temp was floating a little bit before I replace it it would get past the halfway mark now it won't it'll touch the halfway and then go down Put the Needle still floats a little bit not a lot just a little bit so I'm guessing that's normal it never passes the Cinemark though

Hey bro I wanted to tell you something about the red lighting bolt of death on the rams when you do the throttle relearn. YOU DO NOT NEED A PCM!!!!!!! Same EXACT thing happened to me I used a cheap scanner after work and thought I fried my pcm I had same symptoms as you did. Took it in to work the next day and used the Autel scanner that has MaxiflasH VCI. I simply redid the throttle relearn and it cleared all codes and ran perfectly fine. Just wanted to update and maybe you can share to keep people from the hassle of getting a pcm flashed and etc

I have a '97 Ram 1500 with a 5.9 360 V8 auto with 303,500 so far and still going strong with the original engine and trans. I've owned it for a little over 11 years now and I've put 111,000 miles on it myself so far. Yes keeping up with the maintenance is key to keeping you vehicle going for as long as you can make it go. Takes a lot of work and money to keep them going strong for years to come. If you don't take care of them, then they will not last.

My 09 ram 1500 has really good heat coming out of the passenger side vents but the driver side blows cold, could that be the heater core or the blend door actuator?
