Hi, I recently (21st June, 2024) visited Puri with my husband and checked in at Hotel Sagar Samrat(An unit of Ghosh enterprises), I am extremely disappointed with the service and cleanliness offered there. The behaviour of the front desk employee was very bad, not bad its worst, they even don't know how to deal with their guests, they took 2600 rs for AC room for 2 days and 60 rs extra service charges also...but service given was worst. They didn't clean the room at all. The condition of the washroom was disgusting, flush, shower each and everything was not working. After check in we are waiting and they call plumber, they wasted 1.30 hours of us. Room was very unhygienic, it was stinking like hell. They don't even provide a mosquito coil. Room was full of mosquitoes and at night when my husband ask for mosquito coil, they verbally fight with my husband and threaten to kick him out from hotel. At the very first day of check in it was not expecting from a trusted hotel service provider. We were not ready for these type of treatment from hotels under Ghosh enterprise. We were very much disappointed. We urged to take action against the two person of front desk as manager.
