this looks like a poorly maintained development. Pool area has weeds growing up through the paving.. gardens in some of the apartments are overgrown and untidy.. wouldn't inspire interest !

Really an amazing job not over done, in the elegant humble spirit of the places.I will be going back to Portugal for the 4th time and also want to renovate / build homes using cob and all the amazing stone. It looks like the old walls were kind of stone with mud /clay type mortar ? I would love to know the ages of the homes you renovated ( approx.)Obrigado por postar esses vídeos.

It's taken me a while to catch up on what you previously did, Andy and I could already see your ability long before these houses exemplified them. It is incredible what you can do. Genial inspirational. It's so good that you have your brother nearby to give you that extra bit of support. I can hardly wait to see what you have up your sleeves for the house you are presently working on. I wonder how I could entice you to find me a home in Portugal PLUS do it up for me. Hmmmm. (I can hear you saying in the background, "And pigs can fly." Oh well, you win some, you lose some.

Andrew, what a fantastic journey through these 4 homes in Portugal. I loved the darker blue on the first house. Each has its own charm and personality. Your current home is my favourite. I just love the flat roof to go up on. I am looking forward to seeing it being developed as we now have a taste of what you’ve already achieved. Can’t imagine the hardship. I had to go a month without a kitchen sink when I had an extension built and that was a challenge enough for me ! Without wanting to patronise … well done. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿
