dont go to oxford
Everyone these days does PPE. Literally everyone. Because it's fashionable and they truly believe it will impress people whenever they tell them. Unfortunately most students don't remember 80% of what they are taught and PPE doesn't really touch on philosophy that much. It's an overrated subject.
Not much of Singaporean student.. I mean there is.. but still not much.
Passionate about research in fields recommendations
Most of the liberal arts majors are useless. STeM gradsfar more useful
@Rajgrover

I guess a good advice, if you're a female, would be to have a very marked vocal fry.
I can't think except the university of oxford. It’s my dream to learn there.
So the usual, pay under the teachers table fake scores inflate stuff hide stuff and change names to unrealistic expectations, cool
Got into East London University so why bother been in centre of London for a London university. My tip apply east London as only needed 28 IB points
He is perfect. I like his smile so much. 😊😊😊😊
Why is everyone boasting about how he’s “so attractive” and not about the information that he’s giving that could be very valuable? 😅
Who knows
Literature in Philosophy is gonna get you which job?

Be talented (you'll know if you are) and get a high mark in any pre-interview exams - doing this gets you half-way in. At the interviews, take a look around the college library and browse the books in your chosen subject/s. If you're the kind of person who's going to get an offer, something will happen - you'll read something, notice something, feel something - and the other half of what you need, to get your offer, will fall into your hands. Beyond this point, some luck may be required - there's a small gap - which may as well be infinite, if you don't get there - between having what you need to get an offer and actually translating that into getting that offer, on the day. A little bit of magic has to happen and, if it's any consolation, I went up for a prize at Oxford (extra bloody exams involved) and didn't get it by a fkucking cigarette paper, where others did (and were, perhaps, just a little smug about it because it's one hell of a pat-on-the-back). Maybe my magic took a day off and topped-up someone else's - 5hit happens. There's the chap on YT who didn't make it into Tab-land (?) but now he's a Fellow at Oxford and I recall reading the blog of another current Fellow who got an impressive First but crashed-and-burned - like they thought he was an utter wally ? - in the disquisition at the All Souls Prize Fellowship exam, which is a whole other kind of failure...Imagine running into the lucky winner/s, while you're cursing your misfortune but they're celebrating their rock-star status 'bad luck, eh ? - But not for me !' Utter. Facking. Misery. You can have an amazing academic career, decades of wow, yet not be given the big Professorship or FRS that's even had your name on it at some point. Just learn things because you enjoy it, as it's own reward.
Ironically, none of them seem particularly enthusiastic. Always remember that that genuinely enthusiastic cannot spend so long in relative solipsism in a book. Life and its evidences, past and present, is its own interactive book of pages. Their standards and patterns of English are banal, peppering 'like' in there. It's a beautiful city that, weirdly, is more beautiful without any people being there. How many Cambridge graduates actually built the beautiful architecture of Cambridge? Not enough to justify the waffly other ones.

Great video!
Thank you! :)
In this day and age it doesn't really matter if you have a degree anymore.
3, 4, or more years of hard work and dedication don't go unnoticed, especially not from those who studied at reputable universities. Top companies need criteria to select candidates from the masses. Degrees are, like real working experience, proof of work, an asset to your resume.
Which university shall I visit next? :D
1:01 her voice is so cute 🥰
Agree! :)
Literally agree 😊
he looks a lot like this really really sweet guy who came up to me in oxford earlier this year
The pretty girl discount, along with liberal/woke Leftist professors, explains why universities are full of women, and ferybfew men.
Heyy can you put another interview of Pietro Bordi student of literature and philosophy in Oxford University
