It’s normal when starting new face products, u start breaking out in the beginning it’s called purging, your skin is getting use to the new product

@@samwells2310 Yesss! I no longer have a lot of bumps just small forehead bumps my hyperpigmentation seems to be getting better also I’m working on being consistent tho 😂

@@lisah291 if you're purging you would get spots where you normally breakout, the spots only last maybe a week or a few days then they dissappear while a breakout is when you get spots on places you don't normally get them and they may hurt more and take maybe months to dissappear

i recently got my double helix and tragus done with a needle and to me it hurt less and it’s less traumatic to the ear since they make the hole first and then put in the jewelry rather then making the hole with the jewelry with more pressure. and piercers definitely recommend getting a gallon of distilled water and putting 4 teaspoons of NON iodized sea salt and shaking up the gallon. Pour some in a small glass (no plastic just glass) and warm it up for a few seconds and soak your ear in it for 7-15 min. i know that’s really long so i do it for a few minutes and clean it multiple times throughout the day:)

not saying that the needle doesn’t hurt, it does lol but compared to the gun it wasn’t as bad to me

@@mariahnaomii i was going to get my helix done but i was to scared of the pain i’m such a baby lmfaoo, my cousin got her tragus done last year and said it really hurt

if anything it hurts more after then actually getting it done. The tragus was just pressure and you can hear it when they pierce it that’s about it. But if you hit it or lay on it it’s over😂

thank youu sm i was just about to switch my skin routine 🥰but instead i was going to use the SA cleanser. As for the moisturizer i’ll definitely look into it but what’s your skin type? Most moisturizers for some reason do not like my skin , I have a normal skin type it use to be oily and only gets oily occasionally now but a lot of moisturizers dry my face and it feels like it did nothing at all

@@mariahnaomii honestly I tried the SA foaming cleanser first and I didn’t feel like it did much (could be bc I was using it in conjunction with my Biore RoseQuarts and Black charcoal facial cleanser-which works really great for brightening and making my skin feel really fresh) but I couldn’t find it in stores again so I used the SA cleanser by itself and my skin went haywire! Something you may want to try is an acne cleanser that has benzoyl peroxide in it (nothing more than 4-5% for your face and up to 10% for your body) a good one I found that I really like I found at BigLots called “OXY Acne Medication for sensitive skin” I think the salicylic acid and hyalaraunic acid in the Cerave may be a lil too abrasive for your skin rn especially for those red risen bumps .. TRUST ME I had to learn the hard way 😭😭😭 and I’d say my skin is normal to oily.. but also combination depending on the climate I’m in bc I’d have days when my skin felt really dry too but I’d apply a thin layer of triple antibiotic ointment (find it at the 99c store) on my face before I apply a moisturizer (which was aloe vera gel by BananaBoat brand which I found in dollar tree and this one mom’n’pop bargain store with just a couple drops of sweet almond oil and tea tree oil) and that really helped with keeping my skin hydrated and moisturized. Another cleanser I HIGHLY recommend as a staple of mine is good ole faithful DOVE (the original white beauty bar one) also can be found at 99c store LOL with a microfiber wash cloth. Use that first to cleanse that first layer of grit and grime off your face theeeen go in with some OXY or Cerave! I hope you can benefit from these tips I’ve learned along my skin health journey! YOU GOT THIS BOO!!! (Oh and before I forget... SUNBLOCK babes!! You neeeeds the sunblock with at least a minimal of 30 spf and L’Oréal has a good one that helps specifically clear up dark marks too (“L’Oréal Broad Spectrum SPF Sunscreen Youth Code Dark Spot Corrector”) ♥️✨

where can i find the oxy cleanser ?! thank you soo much i’m going to get it !!😭 my skin has actually been doing good, i still have issues with it but it’s no where near where it use to be. I’ll also get the sunscreen i’m guilty of not using thatttt

Continue being patient with your skin! And also remember applying A LOT of product doesn’t equate to faster results 😉 often time applying less is even better! Hey love, I know I'm a year late. But, I bought these disposable wash clothes for my face. And I really love them. Try that. Because I think they're better then using what's washed in a machine and with other clothes.

how long ago? it’s definitely normal, piercings can take months to heal depending on how fast your body heals. i got my tragus and double helix last week and it’s still sore. my piercer told me to warm up sea salt and distilled water and soak it on the ear for a few minutes a few times a day. Also try not to touch or bump the piercing during the heeling process so that you don’t cause any infections.
