Dividend investing is my jam! I'm building wealth with a buy-and-hold strategy in my Roth account, featuring Rockstar's like Berkshire B stock, SCHD, and S&P 500 and total market ETFs. My taxable account is also getting in on the action, generating regular income through dividend-paying stocks. It's a winning combo that's helping me achieve my financial dreams and all thanks to my financial advisor

I lost over $80k when everything started to tank. Not because I was in an exchange that went belly up. I was just stupid to hold and because that's what everyone said. I'm still responsible. It just taught me to be a better investor now that I understand more of what could go wrong. It took me over two years of being in the market, I'm really grateful I found one source to recover my money, at least $10k profits weekly. Thanks Catherine Gauthier.

Safest approach i feel to tackle it is to diversify investments. By spreading investments across different asset classes, like bonds, real estate, and international stocks, they can reduce the impact of a market meltdown. its important to seek the guidance of an expert

A lot of folks downplay the role of advisors until being burnt by their own emotions. I remember couple summers back, after my lengthy divorce, I needed a good boost to help my business stay afloat, hence I researched for licensed advisors and came across someone of utmost qualifications. That may also include hamburgers and hotdogs from Nathans but my point is voo or vti has the variety. Adding international stocks opens u up to the Mexican, the Italian food or even the chinese food but be careful because only lord knows what in Chinese food.

There is obviously a compounding effect in the very long term for large capital, but is not "automatic", and with the wrong strategies you can even lose more than you have, and selecting the correct stock without a proven strategy can be exceedingly challenging. I've been working on expanding my $$$ portfolio for a while, and my primary obstacle is the lack of clear entry and exit strategies.

While 2022 was rough for me, 2023 and 2024 have been pretty good. Admittedly, last couple of weeks have been down. I have been using widely diversified low expense index funds in a 60/40 (stocks/bonds) portfolio. My annual return in 2024 was 16%. My 10 year average return has been 7.6%. You should keep enough money in a stable location (bonds /cash) so that you don't have to sell into a down market. Most suggest about 3 years of income.
